Getting people to your website is only half the battle. Once they are there, they need to be engaged and develop reasons to return to the site in the future and to share the site with others in their social circles.
Before starting the work we need to know what is it we are designing for. What’s the goal? Is it to make make as many ad impressions as possible or is it to provide the best reading experience? How are those goals going to be measured?
Use a debugger, so you know exactly what arguments are being passed at the lowest levels of the call stack. Then once you're sure the lowest layer is good, work your way up taking notes so you don't revisit the same thing.
The goal is to ensure frequent, predictable, error-free software releases that helps accelerate innovate. Important features include experience in automation tools and comfortable with frequent testing and incremental releases.
